Gayle Yvonne (Perry) Paul, 82, of Raytown, Missouri formerly of Kansas City, MO passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Truman Lakewood Long Term Care Center in Kansas City, MO.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. Inurnment will follow at the Odessa Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the KC Pet Project, 4400 Raytown Rd., Kansas City, MO, 64129. Gayle was born on July 17, 1935 in Wellington, MO to Charles R. and Birgie Leona (Thompson) Perry. She graduated in 1953 from S.E. High School in Kansas City, MO. She retired from AT&T as a Draftsperson. Gayle was a member of the AT&T Telephone Pioneers and Grace Point Baptist Church in Grandview, MO.
Survivors include two children, Stephen Paul of Waldorf, Maryland and David Paul and wife Patti of Kansas City, MO; three grandchildren; and a brother William “Bill” Charles Perry and wife Pat of Blue Springs, MO.
Gayle was preceded in death by her parents and a son Brian Paul.
