Freddie “Fred” Dell Casdorph, 86, of Waverly, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, surrounded by family.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27. 2022 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 S. St., Lexington, MO, 64067, 660-259-2245. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lexington Memory Gardens. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Christy Rasa for a charity to be decided at a later date. Fred was born on May 7, 1936, in Corder, MO to Marvin and Eva (Fleming) Casdorph. Fred graduated from Lexington High School in Lexington, MO. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Fred retired from Lake City Ammunitions in 1992. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Fred enjoyed the outdoors and caring for his yard.
Survivors include a daughter, Christy Rasa and husband David of Corder, MO; a stepdaughter Sylvia Stapleton of Lexington, MO; five grandchildren, Ashley Zeller and husband Nick of Lexington, MO, Braylee Rasa of Corder, MO, Kathy Allen and husband Zeb of Corder, MO, Robert Stapleton and wife Cassie of Wellington, MO, and Christena Stapleton of Windsor, MO; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Katherine Casdorph; a son, Scott Casdorph; a grandson, Garrett Rasa; a brother, Russell Casdorph; and a sister, Judy Menaugh.
