Fred Roy Scholle, 84, of Buckner, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Ebenezer United Church of Christ. 206 W. Old Lexington Road, Levasy, MO 64066. A funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the church. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Levasy, MO. Fred was born June 16, 1939, in Buckner, Missouri, to Marvin and Doris (Drecktrah) Scholle. He graduated in 1957 from Fort Osage High School.
Fred was united to marriage in Levasy, Missouri to Shirley (Clark) Scholle on January 24, 1959. He was an active member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ. Fred devoted his whole life to farming. Fred retired from Continental Airlines working as an aircraft mechanic. Along with spending time with family and friends, Fred enjoyed researching his family genealogy history.
Fred is survived by his wife, Shirley Scholle of Buckner, MO; two children, Kenneth (Michelle) Scholle of Odessa, MO, and Glen Scholle of Affton, MO; four grandchildren, Jacob (Kimberly) Scholle, Nicolas Scholle, Erika Scholle, and August Scholle; two great grandchildren, Eliza Scholle and Nolan Scholle; and many relatives, and friends.
Along with both his parents, Fred was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Scholle.
