Frances L. Bartley

Funeral services for 83 year old Frances Bartley of Lexington will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 11 am at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday from 10 am until service time. Burial will be in the Dover Cemetery. Frances Bartley died on Saturday at Shirkey nursing home, Richmond. Memorial donations may be made to Shirkey Nursing Home and Rehab Center. Frances Puckett was born on September 4, 1926 to William and Nellie Keys Puckett. She married Forrest Bartley on November 23, 1946 in Lexington. Forrest preceded Frances in death on September 4, 2008. Frances has worked in a shirt factory as well as being a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Carol Tulipana, Lexington, sons, Donnie Bartley and wife, Pamela, Higginsville, Ronnie Bartley and wife, Renee, Rayville. A step-daughter Etta Fennel, Ellington, FL. There are 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Additional survivors include a brother, William Foster and sister Jean.
