FLORINE ROSE FRERKING

Florine Rose Fiora Frerking, �Flo�, died unexpectedly April 28th from a brain aneurysm. Flo was born on July 27, 1929 in Lexington, daughter of Edward F. Fiora, Sr. and Mary L. Ghisalberti Fiora. She was a lifelong resident of Lexington. She loved Lexington, and all the people. Flo married David Frerking in 1954. They owned and operated Daves Caf� until 1998. Flo and Dave had an amazing journey of 63 years. She is survived by their children: Gayle Lynn Frerking and Cathy Sue Dixon and her husband, Terry Dixon. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Edward F. Fiora, Jr., her husband, Dave and their firstborn child, Cynthia Ann. A rosary will be prayed at 6 pm, May 1, at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Chapel, with visitation following. Graveside services will be May 2nd, 1:30 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Leslie Bell Playground Equipment in honor of Flo.
