Dustin Silvain-Fredrick Seitz, 21, of Lexington, Missouri passed away December 23, 2016 in Topeka, Kansas. Services for Dustin will be Friday, December 30 at 3:00pm at the United Methodist Church in Lexington. Visitation will be from noon until 3:00pm, also at the church. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Dustin was born January 25, 1995 in Blue Spring, Missouri, the son of Steven Fredrick and Galene Christine Trout Seitz. He was a 2013 graduate of Wellington-Napoleon High School. Dustin was a Junior Firefighter in Wellington, a member of Tribe Mic-O-Say and an Eagle Scout.
Dustin is survived by his parents, Steven and Galene Seitz, Lexington; one brother, Phillip Trout, Richmond; one sister, Raylene Howard Blue Springs; paternal grandmother, Rose Seitz, Lexington; maternal grandparents, Larry and Elizabeth Robbins Trout, Sr., Lexington; three aunts, Cindy and Curt Howard, Lexington, Joy and Tom Rockhold, Reynoldsburg, OH, Jamie and Jeremy Brooks, Lexington; one uncle, Larry and Liana Trout, Independence. Dustin is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dustin was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Fred Seitz, uncle, Jeff Seitz and aunt, Stephanie Warren.
