Douglas “Doug†H. Jeffery, 55, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524 with Father Matthew Brumleve officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Regena Jeffery. Doug was born on June 16, 1960 in Kansas City, MO to Forrest O. and Mary Marceline (Zey) Jeffery. He graduated from Odessa High School in 1978. On November 10, 1984 Doug married Regena Beth (Quigley) Jeffery in Odessa, MO. He was Catholic by faith. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Doug enjoyed car racing and old classic cars.
In addition to his wife and parents, Doug is survived by two children, Heather Khan and husband Chris of Odessa, MO and Brandon Jeffery of Odessa, MO; three grandchildren, Aden, Eli and Merik Khan of Odessa, MO; three brothers, Robert Jeffery and wife Kim of Odessa, MO, Mark Jeffery and wife Teresa of Independence, MO and Bryan Jeffery and wife Melissa of Odessa, MO; and many nieces and nephews
