Donald Eugene Ketner, 77, Clarksville, TN, passed away July 5, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lexington, MO. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13 at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington. Donald was born June 26, 1934 in Dover, MO, son of George and Clara Jenkins Ketner. He was a Senior Chemical Engineer for AT&T for 34 years, a veteran of the U.S.Army, a Catholic, and an avid outdoorsman, as he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Elliot Ketner, and his son, Michael Ketner. He is survived by his wife, Helen Franks Ketner, of Clarksville, sons: George Allen Ketner, Raymore, MO, and Tim Ketner, Clarksville, TN; grandchildren: Zach Ketner, Donald Ketner, Andra Engler, Kristen Ketner, and Michael Jame Ketner. Great-grandchild, Vera, and sisters, Betty Burkhart and Margaret Flanigan, both of Lexington. Grandsons will serve as casket bearers.
