Diane Lynn (Bartlett) Hall, 71 of Raytown, Missouri passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Riverbend Heights Health and Rehabilitation in Lexington, MO.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 South St., Lexington, MO, 64067. A private family inurnment will take place in the Salem Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. Please join the family for a time of fellowship at the Lexington V.F.W. Post 4052, 3109 Franklin Ave., Lexington, MO, 64067 on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Memorials are suggested to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Diane was born on April 25, 1953, in Kansas City, MO to Louis and Marie (Linhardt) Bartlett. She graduated from Raytown South High School. After high school, Diane attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO where she earned a bachelor's degree in music. On June 24, 1972, Diane was united in marriage to Randel Hall in Raytown, MO. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2006. Diane worked as a telephone operator for AT&T, retiring after 25 years of service. She was a member and past organist of Southwood United Church of Christ in Raytown, MO. Diane was musically gifted and self-taught, she was an incredible pianist, organist and had many other musical talents. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Diane enjoyed traveling, cooking, and was a wonderful baker.
Diane is survived by three children, Jennifer (Stephen) Rosen of Blue Springs, MO, Kimberly (Christopher) Madison of Independence, MO, and Jeffrey (Candace) Hall of Lexington, MO; six grandchildren, Brittany Owings and Logan Owings, both of Woodstock, Georgia, Makenzie Hanna of Lexington, MO, Braiden (Kas Millard) Rosen of Blue Springs, MO, Alexander Rosen of Blue Springs, MO, and Allison Hall of Lexington, MO; a great grandchild, Jaylen Don Owings; sister-in-law, Angela Liese of Independence, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Diane was preceded in death by a son, Shannon Lee Hall; a great-grandson, LeeLand James Poole; a sister, Barbara Benson; and a brother, Terry Bartlett.
