Deloris Ann (Wilke) Jones, 87, of Odessa, Missouri passed away January 3, 2025, peacefully in Wellington, Missouri.
Deloris was born in Miami County, Kansas on September 28, 1937, to Herman and Margaret (Toncray) Wilke. She received her GED from North Kansas City, Missouri. Deloris worked for many years as a supervisor at OOIDA in Grain Valley, Missouri. Along with spending time with family and friends, Deloris enjoyed sewing, fishing and going to casinos.
Deloris is survived by two children, Gary (Debbie) Skeens of Warsaw, Missouri and Brenda (Leroy) Diamond of Van Buren, Arkansas; one son in law, Kerry Hough; one daughter in law, Theresa Myers; two step sons, Bob Myers and Jimmy Meyers; two step daughters, Barbara Williams and Lavern Pettet; seven grandchildren, Doug (Cindy) Skeens, Elizabeth (Mark) Cooke, Darlene (Chris) Snively, Fred Seba, George Seba, Mathew Crabtree and Quintin Hough; eight great-grandchildren, Riley, Trevor, Braeleigh, Roman, Cooper, Hazel, Payton and Levi; and many relatives and friends.
Deloris was preceded in death by her loving companion, Robert “Bob” Windsor; two children, Mary Hough and Dennis Edwards in infancy; both parents; and one brother, Marvin Wilke.
She will be laid to rest at the Wellington Cemetery, next to her deceased husband, Jim Myers.
