Danny O'Brien, 54, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lexington. Memorial services for Danny will be held on Thursday, April 28th, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, Mo. (660) 259-2245 Visitation for Danny will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the funeral home from 6 to 8 pm. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Gardens. The family wishes that you evaluate your organ donation status. Memorials may be directed to the CAR program (Cancer Area Relief) and Gift of Life at giftdonor.org.

Daniel John O'Brien was born on October 27, 1961. He attended Central Missouri State University graduating in 1984, a requirement of Jim and Janet Cado, before marrying their daughter, Lea Ann Cado, on November 24, 1984 in Lexington, MO. Dan worked his entire life, starting at 8 years old throwing newspapers for the Lexington News. He later worked as a Safety Investigator for MDOT, a cook at Mittieville Peckerwood Club, and a Butcher at Dave's Country Market. Dan was extremely proud of his children and loved his family and friends dearly. His last meal was a plate of fried mushrooms.

Survivors include his wife, Lea Ann of the home. A son, Patrick O'Brien and wife, Dr. Rachel Seymour, Kansas City, Kansas, a daughter Rev. Cassie Graham and husband, Aaron, North Kansas City, MO; and a son Sullivan O'Brien, Lexington, also surviving is a granddaughter Adisynne Graham. Additional survivors include two brothers, Chris O'Brien and wife Greta, Overland Park Kansas, Tim O'Brien and wife Laura, Garland, TX; and a sister Suzanne O'Brien. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Robert O'Brien and Tanya Sharp.
