Connie Ellen (Batchel) Banks, 67, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 surrounded by family.
A private family graveside service was held on Monday, June 22, 2020 at the Woods Chapel Cemetery in Johnson County, MO. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ralph O. Connie was born on July 18, 1952 in Carrollton, MO to Earnest and Grace (Schnieders) Bachtel. She attended Carrollton High School, later receiving her Associates Degree in Business. On March 28, 1998 she was united in marriage to John Garland Banks in Odessa, MO. He preceded her in death. Connie was a member of the Columbus Christian Fellowship Church in Centerview, MO. In addition to spending time with her family, Connie enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Survivors include eight children, Jodi Hall and husband Keith, Lori Barnes and husband Mike, Karen Long, Anthony Perry, Brandon Bushell and wife, Christina, Alysha Banks, Victoria Banks, and Travis Banks; one sister, Vicki Hercules; twenty five grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Connie was preceded in death by her parents.
