Charles Robertson, 76, Odessa, MO passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza. Funeral services for Charles will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, Odessa. Visitation for Charles will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM. There will be a graveside service on Thursday at 1:30 pm at the Enon Cemetery in Whishart, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.
Charles Eugene Robertson was born on February 7, 1942 in Springfield, MO to Charley and Martha Termin Robertson. Chuck had been an over the road trucker for 42 years. Chuck loved music and learned to play the steel guitar at the age of 15. Chuck has played at many different venues throughout his life and made many life-long friends along the way.
Survivors include his daughter Charlie Brown and husband, Sean, Odessa, and his granddaughter Scarlett. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Vaughndena Galloway, Betty Wilson and Dorothy Gitthens.
