Carol Anne Miller

Carol Anne “Annie” Miller, 66 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, in Richmond, MO.

Annie was born on February 28, 1956, in Atchison, Kansas to Harold C. and Lois Nadine (West) Miller.  She graduated from Lexington High School in Lexington, MO.  Annie later worked in health care at many nursing homes in the area throughout the years.  She retired in 2018 from Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, MO.   In addition to spending time with family and friends, Annie enjoyed woodburning crafts, knitting, crocheting, reading, and loved watching kids.  After retirement Annie had the pleasure of being the family babysitter.

Annie is survived by two sons, Kelly Ensor (Erik) of Independence, MO and Christopher Miller of Lexington, MO; two sisters, Madge Emery of Lexington, MO and Frances “Belle” Norris (ED) of Conway, Arkansas; two brothers, Raymond “Pete” Miller of Lexington, MO and Claude Miller (Cindy) of Kansas City, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  

In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by a son, Robert Smith,

Jr; two sisters, Lois Cowhick and Loetta Jeske; and a brother, Robert “Bobby” Miller.
