CAROL ALENE ZELLER Carol A. Zeller, 73, of Oak Grove, MO died Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at St. Lukes Hospice, Kansas City, MO. Carol A. Hougardy was born February 7, 1941 in Lexington, MO, the daughter of Pat and Viola Nathalene Witty Hougardy. She had worked at Whitaker Cable Co. for fourteen plus years as a lead cable brader. and later had worked as a dishwasher at the truck stop in Oak Grove. She was a member of New Life Assembly of God Church in Oak Grove. On February 4, 1979 she married Permin �PJ� John Zeller at the Napoleon Methodist Church. He preceded her in death on May 16, 2014. Mrs. Zeller is survived by four children: Patrick Williams, Oak Gove, MO, Kathleen Williams, Lexington, MO, Doug Williams, Oak Grove, MO and Michael Williams (Darla), Lafayette, OH. Six Step-children: Tamala Zeller Swafford, St. Joseph, MO, Teresa Zeller Crisp, Liberty, MO, Tina Zeller Bryant-Hurst, Liberty, MO, Thelma Zeller Maxon, Blue Springs, MO, Timothy �T.J.� Zeller, Oak Grove, and Terry Zeller, Independence, MO. There are 46 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. A brother, John Hougardy, Springfield, MO and a sister, Audra Failing (Fred), Lexington, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband. Services will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 16, 2015 at the New Life Assembly of God Church, in Oak Grove, MO. Burial will be at the Napoleon Methodist Church Cemetery, Napoleon, MO. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, also at the church.
