Bonnie Marie (DeHart) Wehner, 87, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at home surrounded by family.

 

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday, September 19, 2022, at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 816-633-5524.  A funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m., Monday September 19, 2022, at the funeral home.  Cremation will follow.  Memorials are suggested to Crossroads Hospice.  Memories of Bonnie and condolences for her family may be left at www.LedfordFamilyFH.com or on our Facebook Page.  

 

Bonnie was born on September 23, 1934, in Kansas City, Missouri to Vernie Hobart and Bytha Rosetta (Camel) DeHart.  She was united in marriage to Allen Gene Wehner on October 11, 1989, in Kansas City, MO.  Allen passed on May 28, 2010.  Bonnie was a homemaker and took pride in caring for her family and home.  She faithfully gave to the Cherokee Nations for Kids and was a member of the Lexington Moose Lodge.  Bonnie was Baptist by faith.  She enjoyed playing bingo every Friday night, crocheting, joking around, and when she knew her, grandchildren were coming she would stock up with massive amounts of candy.  Family was everything to Bonnie and she will be greatly missed.

 

Survivors include three children, Barb McFarland of Odessa, MO, Debra Yates of Dixon, MO, and Terry Stokes of Odessa, MO; fifteen grandchildren, Stevie Keltner, Jr., Katelyn Cronk, Kimberly Brown, Devon Keltner, Hailey Keltner, Carrie Mullins, Jamie Keltner, Brittany Barker, Brittanie Adkins, Aaron Keltner, Ronald Glitten, Melinda Yates, Cristal King, Billy Yates, Jennifer Yates, and Barbara Martin; 31 great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.   

 

In addition to her parents and husband, Bonnie was preceded in death by two sons, Steven Levoyd Keltner and Randall Joe Keltner; a granddaughter, Tammy Stokes; three sisters, Viola Beck, Treva DeHart, and Cleasa Hullet; and five brothers, Othal DeHart, Frank DeHart, Barton DeHart, Wilbur DeHart, and Vincent DeHart.
