Billy Dean Davis

Billy "Bill" Davis, 81, Lee's Summit, MO formerly of Lexington MO, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Kansas City Hospice House surrounded by his family. Memorial services for Bill Davis will be held on Wednesday, January 4th at 7:30 pm at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 350 SW state route 150, Lee's Summit, MO 64082. Visitation will be held on Wednesday also at the church from 5:30 until service time. Inurnment of cremains will be held on Thursday, January 5th at 12:00 pm at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO with Military Rites. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kansas City Hospice House or the Disabled Veterans.

Billy Dean Davis was born on July 30, 1935 to R.L. and Dorothy Allison Davis in Lebanon, MO. Bill was an Army Veteran. He married Diana Kuykendall on February 14, 1974 in Lexington, MO. Bill had worked as a meat cutter for over 50 years.
Bill was a member of the Alders gate United Methodist Church

Survivors include his wife, Diana, of the home, his children, Rick Davis and Wife, Angie, Blue Springs, Debbie Abbott, Blue Springs, Scott Davis and wife, Kerry, Lees Summit. There are five grandchildren, Ross Davis, Allyson Smith, Devin Abbott, Kendyll Davis, Blake Davis. Also surviving is a brother, Ed Davis, Higginsville, MO. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Robert Davis and a son, David Davis
