Beverly A Johnson

Beverly Ann Johnson, 83, of Lexington, passed away March 14, 2019 at Lafayette Regional Health Center.

Beverly was born December 17, 1935 in Warrensburg to Jesse and Nina (Manis) Lankford. She graduated from Lexington High School in 1953 and married Charles "Chic" Johnson June 30, 1956. He preceded her in death August 27, 1998. Beverly worked in housekeeping at Santa Fe Trail Nursing Home and for Dunbrooke Shirt Company for 20 years. She was a volleyball coach at Immaculate Conception School.

Beverly is survived by her children, Anthony Troy Johnson and wife Sheli of Fort Worth, Texas, Stephanie Schroeder of Lexington and Clarice Hutchings and husband Michael of Lexington; grandchildren, Nicole Kelly, Brianne Shugrue, Mia Schroeder, Talia, Ava, and Molley Hutchings; and great grandchildren, Abigail and Silas Shugrue, Italy and Isam Kelly. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; grandson, Jared Schroeder and brother, Bobby Ward.
