Alice Gnotta Schwab Alice Gnotta Schwab, 92, of Fullerton, CA and Lexington, MO passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA. Alice was born on April 3, 1922 to Eraldo and Alfonsina (Tonetti) Gnotta in Lexington, MO. She married Robert Lee (Bob) Schwab on June 30, 1946; he preceded her in death on June 28, 2014. Alice was a 1940 graduate of Lexington High School. Before starting her family, Alice worked as a bookkeeper for Missouri Public Service in Lexington. In 1955, Alice and her family moved to Southern California and, since 1988, they have maintained a second home in Lexington. Alice was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church. Alice is survived by her five children; Barbara (Tom) Lankford, Raytown, Bob Jr., Fullerton, CA, Deborah, Fullerton, CA, Eric (Connie), Anaheim, CA and Gary (Anne), Yorba Linda, CA; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. 2 sisters; Teresa Gnotta Kenney, Lexington, MO and Mary Gnotta Bishop-Jenkins, Waverly, MO, 4 nieces and 3 nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Alices memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Lexington United Methodist Church. Alices family invites family and friends to join them for an Italian dinner following the memorial service. There will also be a funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lexington followed by burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lexington.
