ALBERTA (SHAW) DUNCAN

Alberta Marie Duncan, 76, of Lexington, MO passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014 at her home. Alberta was born September 7, 1938 at Lexington, MO the daughter of Leslie W. and Gertrude Mae (Bryant) Shaw. She worked at the Lexington Laundry, in the dining hall at Wentworth Military Academy, and in the laundry at Lexington Memorial Hospital. Alberta is survived by a daughter, Darla Duncan, of Lexington, two grandchildren, Thomas Isiah Miller and Conelia Miller. Five brothers: Tom Shaw and wife, Betty, Les Shaw and wife, Louise, Vic Shaw and wife, Theresa, all of Lexington, Jim Shaw and wife, Lydia, of Chama, New Mexico and Fairlen Shaw and wife, Debbie, of Gladstone, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: an infant brother, Jack Shaw and Calvin Shaw and sisters, Letha Herberger and Dora Mae Ford.
